Shawn Shepherd, received her BS degree in Textiles, Clothing and Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999. She has been a seamstress and designer all her life, and is skilled in many things from designing and sketching, hand work such as knitting and crocheting, and of course sewing and making different types of jewelry.

Shawn's interests in jewelry started with a love of sparkly things! When Shawn realized she could create unique and interesting designs for herself, she wanted to share them with the world!

Currently, Shawn is designing and making jewelry, creating custom clothing, and has recently begun silver smith work! 

In 2003, Shawn made a wonderful wool coat for famed antler artist, Larry Glaze. 

In 2002, Shawn won the “Denim Contest” with her beautiful green denim ensemble (see picture at right).  Shawn has been in several art shows and craft fairs and even personal trunk shows around her home town.

May 11, 2007, Shawn's clothing designs will be featured in the PRONTO design competition in St. Louis.
